IMAP / POP3 Email Settings

Email settings for clients hosting email on Cyanweb servers. Your I.T. technician will require these to setup your email.  If you are unable to setup your email please see “contacting technical support“.

If you have your email setup already on another device or computer, please be sure to check if you are using POP3 or IMAP in the account settings page.  You should never mix IMAP with POP3 protocols on the same mailbox.

IMAP is recommended if you use your email on multiple devices.  Contact your I.T. technician for assistance migrating from POP3 to IMAP.  Be sure to backup your email regularly.
